Peterson is at the center of judicial case-fixing and bribery. In exchange for Defendant-Appellees' bribes, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit falsely pretended thateminent domain extortion-scheme O.R. 569/875 was a "legislative act".
Peterson concealed that in 1998, Lee County had removed any "cloud" or "claim" by saidforgery O.R. 569/875 and that Lee County had never executed said fraudulent "claim" ofuncertain "undesignated/unidentified areas".
